Do you allow dogs? We do allow dogs and love having them around. We’ve got food bowls and we can arrange for a doggie bed if you need it. We do charge an additional $10/day to have a puppy stay with you.

Are there any requirements or limitations for having dogs? I was asked recently if we had a height and weight requirement for dogs. We do not, but we do require that the dog is potty trained, and that you clean up after them inside and out the house. You are responsible for *any* damages caused by your pup.

Is there a backyard at Verde Camp where I can let my dogs run free? While we have lots of garden and open areas, Verde Camp is not set up so that there are closed off areas where dogs can run around and be free. The neighborhood is VERY conducive to walking your dog, and there are several dog parks nearby including Auditorium Shores just South and east of the Ann Richards (Congress Street) bridge. I will post a map of nearby dog parks very soon. If you have a dog, please respect the other Verde Camp patrons who might not love dogs as much as you.

I have allergies. Are there houses that you don’t allow dogs to be in? Yes, we do have a couple of the 1 bedroom houses that are and have been free of pets the entire time.
