We have a total of 7 fully furnished 1-Bedroom houses available (see our 2 Bedroom Houses). These houses are ideal for one or two people, but can accommodate up to 4 people, generally.

• Cicada House New! 1 king; 1 queen

• Very comfortable queen-sized, all-natural, and allergen free mattresses. Amazing. Note: Cloud House has a King Bed.
• Foldover sofa that converts to a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The best! Note: Cloud House has a sectional, not a foldover sofa. This is great for one person or two kids
• 1 Bathroom; Bathtub and Shower (Note: Sunrise/Cicada features a full standup shower but no tub)
• Living room; 37″ Flatscreen, DVD player, and cable TV
• Large ‘nappable’ couch and chairs
• Dining area; 2 chairs / 4 settings
• Linens and Towels provided
• Full kitchen with Pots, Pans, & Utensils
• Full size Refridgerater
• Compact oven/stove with 4 gas burners
• At least one Patio / Small Back Deck. In some cases, there are two.
• Front door parking, as well as on-street parking
