A Few Notes:
- If staying for at least 7 days you get a 10% weekly discount. If staying for at least a month you get a 30% discount or more.
- There is no tax if you stay at least 30 days.
- For stays under 30 days.. taxes are not included in the above stated prices and generally add up to around 15% for State, County and City/Hotel. This is true everywhere you stay in Austin. To get more information on this (like we did), you can visit the Tax Breakdown Page at the Texas Comptroller’s office.
- Rates are at least double during Austin City Limits (ACL) Fest and during the two weeks of South by South West (SXSW); It might seem high, but I guarantee our prices are in-line with the hotels, bed and breakfasts, guest houses, and vacation rentals during that time.
- We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, paypal, and of course ¢a$h …
We’ve been told many times that our rates are too low for what we offer, but it’s our belief that if we keep the pricing fair then there’s no reason for guests to not come back regularly (which, in turn, will help us put our kids through college. Ugh. I can’t think about that now ;P ).
