Step 1 — Check Availability

Use our Availability Form. Or, if you’d prefer, you can contact us by email, or using our contact form.

Step 2 — Agreement / Payment

Once availability is established, simply fill out the Online Agreement Form.

Step 3 — Confirmation / Receipt / Arrival

After we’ve processed your payment we’ll send you a confirmation email for your stay, a receipt, and an arrival / check-in email.

*Note: Payment is due upon booking.

*Note: A credit card must be on file. You are not required to pay by credit card, but one must be on file. (There’s a space for it on the agreement form, or we can take it over the phone.) We do this in lieu of working with deposits. Our guests seem to prefer this system as well.
